The Role

As a Senior Electrical Building Services Engineer, you'll play a key role across all stages of major Data Centre projects—working closely with a diverse team of building services specialists, sustainability professionals, digital engineers, structural engineers and more.

You will:

• Lead electrical design delivery from early feasibility through to technical completion.
• Shape projects that push towards net‑zero carbon, championing sustainable engineering solutions.
• Guide multidisciplinary teams and ensure technical excellence across a portfolio of UK and international schemes.
• Directly support project management activities, including client engagement, fee discussions and commercial oversight.
• Contribute to the organisation's digital evolution—helping to refine workflows, support automation, and enhance integrated design processes.
• Manage delivery across multiple projects, ensuring quality, coordination and effective delegation within the wider building services group.

• Chartered Engineer status (IET, CIBSE or equivalent).

• Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams and coordinating with external partners.
• A solid understanding of current legislation, regulations, and emerging trends within the sector.
