The senior leadership actively participates in day-to-day client delivery, and the team's professional and personable approach focuses on delivering first-class solutions and bespoke services that exceed expectations and provide measurable benefits.

You will join a first-class team of dedicated technical specialists working collaboratively alongside leading architects, designers, and contractors in the UK.

The company is now seeking to add expertise to its electrical team with the appointment of a Senior Electrical Engineer. Key responsibilities include project delivery and supporting group management. You should be commercially aware, capable of developing and maintaining client relationships, providing technical expertise, supporting less experienced engineers, ensuring quality standards, and promoting the company ethos.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the design and development of electrical systems for various projects.
2. Develop project plans and schedules.
3. Conduct feasibility studies and cost analyses.
4. Perform testing and commissioning of electrical systems.
5. Provide technical support to clients.
6. Mentor and train junior engineers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or relevant engineering experience.
• Minimum of 6 years’ experience in electrical engineering.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems design and development.
• Experience in project management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
