Job summary

A leading recruitment firm is seeking 2 Electrical Design Engineers to work on a significant telecoms infrastructure project in Central London. The ideal candidates will be responsible for producing high-quality LV power and lighting designs, as well as delivering comprehensive electrical design packs. This role offers hybrid working conditions with 3 days in-office and 2 days remote. The position is outside IR35 with an hourly rate between £45 and £50.

2x Electrical Design Engineers Outside IR35 Hybrid Central London 6 Months Initial

I am on the lookout for 2 Electrical Design Engineers to work on a major telecoms infrastructure project.

This role is ideal for someone who is confident producing high‑quality LV power and lighting designs and is looking to take ownership within a fast‑moving project environment. As well as someone who is confident in delivering and producing comprehensive electrical design packs including drawings, calculations and specifications.

Duration: 6 months initial

Determination: Outside IR35

Rate: 45 - 50 per hour

Travel: 3x per week in office / 2x work from home

Required Skills & Experience:

Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D, Trimble ProDesign (Amtech), Dialux and MS Office

Strong understanding of British Standards

Excellent communication skills and willingness to take responsibility
