A growing construction firm in Inverness is seeking an experienced Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Advisor. This position involves ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, performing risk assessments, and promoting a strong safety culture. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in the construction sector and hold a NEBOSH Diploma. Key responsibilities include training staff, conducting inspections, and supporting environmental improvements. This role is critical for maintaining high standards of workplace safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Health and Safety Advisor in construction.
• Strong knowledge of UK health and safety legislation.
• Experience with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support EHS policies and procedures development.
• Conduct risk assessments and site inspections.
• Deliver EHS training and maintain compliance records.
