Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience as a Foreman on major bulk earthworks projects.
• Strong technical understanding of mass haul production rates and plant management.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale earthworks packages.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily bulk earthworks operations including cut and fill haulage stabilisation and drainage.
• Plan and coordinate mass haul routes and plant logistics.
• Lead and motivate operators subcontractors and site labour.
• Deliver works safely efficiently and to specification.
• Conduct daily briefings toolbox talks and safety inspections.
