This is a fantastic opportunity to join our busy property team. We are looking for positive and committed people with a strong customer focus to help maintain high cleaning & housekeeping standards across our accommodation.
As a Senior Domestic Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring our spaces are clean, welcoming, and well‑maintained. During the academic year, your focus will be on servicing bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and communal areas. Over the summer (May–September), we operate as a hotel, and your responsibilities will include preparing rooms to hotel standards and managing linen distribution.
In addition to hands‑on cleaning duties, you will also support the team by helping to allocate daily workloads, monitor standards across our facilities, and help lead the team in delivering a flexible, customer‑focused service.
These roles require working weekends when required and specifically during our summer commercial period (May‑September).
At all times Flexibility is essential, as working patterns & locations may change in line with business needs.
