Qualifications

  • Proven experience in commercial finance, marketing performance, revenue management, or distribution strategy within travel or airline sectors.
  • Strong understanding of airline seat-only distribution models including OTAs and direct channels.
  • Experience working in a matrixed, multinational environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead distribution cost strategy and negotiate commission structures with partners.
  • Maintain a global view of cost-per-acquisition across all channels.
  • Deliver insights on performance profitability and track key metrics.
  • Benchmark distribution models and identify cost-reduction opportunities.
  • Lead negotiations with key distribution partners for cost-effective agreements.
  • Support development of performance measurement frameworks.
