We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to lead and oversee a diverse portfolio of complex programs related to network strategy, technical transfers, and volume consolidation across the organization. This role is pivotal in managing transitions when manufacturing sites are planning, pre-announcing, and post-announcing significant operational changes, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with strategic objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage cross-functional technical transfer programs associated with site operational changes, ensuring robust planning, execution, and post-implementation review.
  • Develop and implement governance processes, methodologies, and standards tailored to technical operations, driving consistent adherence to best practices.
  • Serve as a strategic liaison between senior leadership, project managers, technical teams, and commercial partners, ensuring clear communication of program progress, risks, and outcomes.
  • Proactively identify, assess, and manage risks, escalating critical issues to senior management with actionable recommendations.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, challenging the status quo and driving innovative solutions to complex operational challenges.
  • Ensure programs are delivered on time and within budget, with a strong focus on quality, compliance, and business continuity.
  • Oversee change management activities, supporting teams through transitions and ensuring stakeholder alignment.
Qualifications
  • 7-10 years of program or project management experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role within technical operations or manufacturing environments.
  • Proven track record managing large, complex technical transfer programs, such as new product introductions, technology implementations, and volume consolidation.
  • Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional teams in dynamic, matrixed organizations.
  • Deep expertise in technical operations, manufacturing processes, and project management methodologies.
  • Exceptional executive presence, with the ability to influence, challenge, and communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
  • Advanced risk management skills, with a proactive approach to risk identification, mitigation, and escalation.
  • Strong financial acumen and governance capabilities.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration and alignment across diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Experience in change management principles and practices.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and results-driven, with a commitment to operational excellence.
