A leading health organization in North Wales is seeking an experienced haemodialysis nurse to join their caring team. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive patient care, supporting ward management, and contributing to the improvement of clinical practices. The role requires strong nursing experience, with an emphasis on collaboration within medical teams. Candidates with Welsh language skills are encouraged to apply. This post offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced dynamic haemodialysis nurse to join the established caring team on the dialysis unit at Glan Clwyd.
The post holder will be required to provide ongoing support to the ward manager and to assist with the management and organisation of the clinical area.
Assess, plan, implement and evaluate evidence-based nursing care for patients receiving haemodialysis, haemodiafiltration or plasma exchange.
Contribute to the education, development and line management of other staff members, qualified and unqualified.
Work collaboratively and co-operatively with others to meet the needs of patients and their families with minimal or no supervision.
Participation in the dialysis unit on call team is required as part of this senior role within the dialysis unit, along with assisting with the development of ward based dialysis provision on the established Renal ward.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
