Responsibilities

Role scope

Our Design Managers work across the project lifecycle in asset planning/strategy, concept design, outline design and detailed design. We work in water-sector project areas including clean water treatment and networks, wastewater treatment, wastewater networks, flooding, and urban drainage. Our teams partner with clients across the UK with regional frameworks including South West Water's Engineering Consultancy Framework, Welsh Water's Engineering Consultancy Framework, Thames Water's Capital & Engineering Framework and others.

About You

We are looking for someone with a passion for solving engineering problems, the ability to lead and inspire, and the confidence to drive through challenging solutions. You will be a degree-qualified (or equivalent) Engineer and ideally chartered, or a member of a relevant engineering institution (e.g., ICE). Support can be given to achieve this if required.

You will also have experience leading multidisciplinary teams within the engineering or utilities sectors, delivering expert design solutions to clientele. We have opportunities for differing levels of seniority, and we will support your leadership development.
