• Minimum of 10 years working for an Architectural Practice, Developer, or Main Contractor.
• Excellent understanding of Design & Build contracts and related legislation.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for technical compliance and design management during early feasibility stages.
• Coordinate between design teams, clients, and on-site delivery.
• Monitor design coordination and manage external consultants.
