As a Senior Demand and Supply Manager based in our Warwick office, this is a key opportunity to lead and shape inventory operations at scale. You’ll be responsible for:

• Lead, manage and develop the Inventory Managers, team of 5-6 direct reports, ensuring all processes are operated consistently and to a high level of quality
• Effectively utilise Oracle SCM for forecasting and planning to identify exceptions and take appropriate actions to ensure consistency of inventory planning KPIs
• Monitor and analyse actual performance versus forecast and provide financial analysis, including KPIs, for management decision making
• Monitor and analyse weekly/monthly/quarterly performance against Demand/Supply plans

This is a full-time, permanent role working Monday-Friday 40 hours a week, with the flexibility to work remotely 2 days a week.

• Deep understanding of end‑to‑end supply chain planning in fast‑paced, evolving settings.
