Responsibilities

• Calculating individual Defined Benefit quotations and designing tailored communications.

• Managing the end-to-end onboarding process for new Defined Benefit schemes.

Pension qualification (CII or PMI)

Strong understanding of Defined Benefit Pension schemes

Proven leadership and mentoring experience
