A leading insurance provider in Eastleigh is looking for a Senior Data Quality Analyst to spearhead their data quality strategy within a newly formed team. You will lead and develop a team, ensuring high-quality data services and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The role requires at least 5 years of data experience, strong SQL and data governance knowledge, as well as familiarity with data quality tools like Collibra, Snowflake, and Databricks. A hybrid working model is offered with flexibility.

Salary Range: £54,400 – £81,600 depending on experience
Location: Eastleigh, Hybrid (1x week)

We’re building a new Data Quality team within our Enterprise Data Services function, and we’re looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior Data Quality Analyst to help lead the delivery of our data quality strategy and manage a growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in embedding best practices, driving continuous improvement, and supporting transformation programmes across Ageas.
This role offers potential to develop into a Data Quality Lead position as the team and function mature.
