Qualifications

• At least 4 years of professional experience as a backend/platform engineer.
• Deep expertise in Python and building reliable data-focused backend services.
• Hands‐on experience with cloud infrastructure (GCP/AWS/Azure), IaC (Terraform), Docker/k8s.

Responsibilities

• Scale our GTM stack by integrating marketing, sales, and finance tools.
• Own Count’s analytics by developing and maintaining core data infrastructure.
• Drive operational efficiency via automation and AI.
