Qualifications

• 20+ years of experience in data architecture/data engineering.
• 5+ years leading migrations to HCM.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud modules and migration tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end execution of data migration for large HR datasets.
• Establish governance standards and guide teams.
