The Recipe
In this role you will use compelling consumer, category and customer insights to develop and implement the Customer and Joint Business Plans, ensuring all agreed set targets are achieved.
The Role
You'll develop and execute customer plans which will achieve or exceed the targets set, and incorporate activation, brand plan range and NPD promotion, Business Development and merchandising tactics. You'll be responsiblie for building effective customer relationships with key contacts in Trade, Marketing, Store and Supply functions, ensuring achievement of Joint Business Plan. Where appropriate you'll manage, motivate, coach and develop the sales team to achieve the goals and targets set as well as manage and prepare complex trade negotiations. Ensuring that we are utilising internal expertise to ensure best justifications are put forward to influence positively our customers..
You'll monitor and report on sales performance, recommending corrective actions and gaining agreement to solutions to achieve and exceed budgeted numbers for the Customer, andmanage the S and OP process, ensuring improvement to and achievement of forecast accuracy targets.When appropriate lead the cross functional teams to deliver demand and supply category and order management initiatives, and utilise effectively account profitability information to deliver improved profitability by Customer.
