Here’s what we need

As RocketMill’s Senior Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) Executive, reporting to our CRO Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting our CRO Programme. In this new role for the team, you will ensure we deliver exceptional performance by methodically applying quantitative & qualitative analysis, behavioural insights, UX innovation and technology to enhance our clients’ digital experiences. Using expertise in a range of analytical tools and AB testing platforms, and applying knowledge of human behaviour, you will be responsible for leading successful optimisation initiatives on behalf of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Effectively combine skills in digital analytics, statistical testing, user research, and behavioural economics to identify and deliver incremental improvements to our clients’ digital experiences
  • Produce client-facing reports for conversion audits and completed experiments, with an emphasis on transferrable learnings and their practical applications
  • Brief UX colleagues to create wireframes and test designs that meet the hypothesis to enable the creation of testing variants
  • Brief experimentation builds and QA requirements to our development partners
  • Monitor AB tests within the testing platforms, confident in correctly concluding and analysing the results of an experiment
  • Maintain a high standard of work and be responsible for the successful delivery of CRO campaigns for your clients
  • Ensure each of your clients have a thorough plan of activity that is well-reasoned, documented, and communicated effectively
  • Collaborate with the Data & Insight team to support you with high quality data for your analysis, customer and market insight, data science, and technical implementation of technology
  • Where applicable, coordinate effectively with other service lines, external contractors, and client stakeholders to deliver campaigns efficiently
  • Proactively identify opportunities to deliver additional value for clients
  • Be informed of industry trends and identify and contribute ideas to improve RocketMill’s Conversion Rate Optimisation product
Skills Profile
  • An experienced CRO Executive, you will have the ability to identify and prioritise research and testing opportunities according to the client’s objectives & you will have the technical expertise to support robust experimentation processes
  • Highly capable with testing technology, web analytics, experiment design, behavioural analysis, and statistical analysis
  • Ability to design robust experiments with an appropriate hypothesis, treatment, methodology, and KPI
  • Experience in a variety of qualitative and quantitative digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, SessionCam, ContentSquare and User Testing tools
  • Sound experience in any AB testing platforms such as Google Optimize, Webtrends Optimize, Convert, VWO, Optimizely or Adobe Target
  • Good working knowledge of Google Analytics and / or Adobe Analytics
  • Experience in designing effective questions for use in polls and surveys
  • Accountability, drive, intelligence, and passion
  • Ability to clearly articulate results and insight in ways that make sense to others, both through written reports and client-facing presentations
  • Ability to identify and articulate valuable short and long-term opportunities to colleagues and clients
  • Excellent team collaboration and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and spoken English, excellent presentation skills
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts and their technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • An understanding of RocketMill’s other services and how they interact with our CRO activities
