Location: Hybrid - 2 days in Nuneaton (Mon-Tue)

Department: Marketing

Reports to: Growth Manager / CRM Commercial Campaign Manager

At Holland & Barrett, we're on a mission to make health and wellness a way of life for everyone. As a Senior CRM Executive, you'll play a vital role in creating meaningful customer connections, ensuring every campaign is timely, personalised, and impactful.

The Role

  • Lead the build, QA and optimisation of multi-channel CRM journeys (email, app, push) using Braze.
  • Bring campaigns to life with personalisation and segmentation powered by CDP integrations.
  • Partner with design, loyalty, data and content teams to deliver customer-first communications.
  • Own performance reporting, dashboards, and test-and-learn plans to continually improve campaign impact.
  • Mentor CRM Executives and act as a trusted escalation point for QA and journey execution.
  • Represent CRM within cross-functional squads, ensuring seamless collaboration across the business.
The Person

  • Proven experience in CRM or retention marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with Braze (or similar ESPs) and CDP-driven segmentation.
  • Skilled in dynamic content, journey QA, and campaign troubleshooting.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn insights into action.
  • Organised, proactive, and a natural collaborator with a passion for customer engagement.
