The Senior Creative Designer is responsible for leading creative production best practices and delivering high‑quality visual content that reflects CDW's commitment to excellence. This role plays a key part in shaping and evolving brand identity, ensuring consistency across all digital and print touchpoints, and elevating the effectiveness of marketing and campaign activity. Working collaboratively with marketing teams, wider business stakeholders, and external agencies, the Senior Creative Designer combines creative vision, technical expertise, and leadership to deliver best‑in‑class design solutions for leading global technology brands.
Responsibilities
- Lead creative production best practices, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and high‑quality design execution
- Champion creative excellence, pushing boundaries to deliver best‑in‑class branding, marketing, and campaign visuals
- Develop, evolve, and protect CDW's brand identity across all channels and touchpoints
- Provide creative direction, coaching, mentorship to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative studio culture
- Oversee design workflows, managing priorities and ensuring deadlines are met without compromising creative standards
- Design and deliver high‑impact digital and print assets, including email campaigns, web banners, social media graphics, brochures, presentations, and campaign materials
- Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and wider business teams to align creative output with strategic objectives
- Partner with external agencies to concept and execute outstanding creative campaigns
- Stay ahead of design trends, tools, and technological advancements to ensure creative output remains industry‑leading
- Maintain structured task and workflow management, optimising processes to improve delivery timelines
- Ensure consistent adherence to brand guidelines while balancing creativity with brand integrity
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Senior Creative Designer or in a design leadership role
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise across digital, print, branding, and campaign design
- Expert‑level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and XD
- Extensive experience in brand activation, including 3D stand creation, experiential design, and multi‑channel campaign delivery
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and digital design principles is advantageous
- Strong leadership and mentorship capability, with experience guiding and developing creative teams
- Proactive problem‑solving mindset, able to deliver innovative solutions under tight deadlines
- Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring consistently high‑quality output
- Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Confidence to challenge conventions and push creative boundaries with progressive design thinking
