A leading offshore legal practice is seeking an experienced Counsel to join their Corporate, Finance, Funds and Regulatory team in the British Virgin Islands. This senior role offers significant responsibility in complex cross-border transactions. The successful candidate must be a UK qualified lawyer with strong drafting and analytical skills, and a minimum of 8 years’ PQE.
