Job description

Senior Cost Manager - Senior Quantity Surveyor with a relevant Construction related HNC or Degree qualification and may also be MRICS.

It is essential that you have at least 5 to 10 years’ experience in this role working as a Client Senior Cost Manager or Senior Quantity Surveyor.

Ideally, we would like you to have some experience or exposure to full cycle projects in some of the following sectors of work, Highways, Environment Agency, Power, Rail and/or Water Infrastructure projects.

You will be experienced in managing and putting together cost plans, handling the Estimating aspect of this role, and working on bespoke methods of measurement as part of your duties.

Mentoring and managing a team will form part of your duties as well.
