• Previous experience in managing contracts safely and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 3-4 new build housing sites in Cumbria.
• Manage contracts and ensure they are delivered safely, on programme, within budget.
• Encourage and mentor the site management team.
• Develop effective working relationships with clients and consultants.

Skills

Experience in managing multiple volume housing developments

Knowledge of traditional construction methods

Management and communication skills

Ability to manage production teams

Proficient in SMSTS, CSCS Card, First Aid, NVQ Level 4 or above
