Qualifications

• Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a Continuous Improvement role.
• Proficient background in Lean, TPM, Six Sigma or Continuous Improvement programmes.
• Prior experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Effective at implementing change and executing improvement initiatives.
• Skilled trainer and facilitator, able to conduct workshops.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with structured RCA methods.
• Skilled in creating clear, visual action plans.
• Current Full UK Working Rights.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate improvement workshops and training for teams.
• Coordinate quarterly assessments for continuous operational excellence.
• Train and coach employees on CarlEx Foundations.
• Develop CarlEx Ambassadors for Continuous Improvement competence.
• Act as lead coach for Finding Our Journey initiatives.
• Champion use of CarlEx tools for performance improvement.
• Guide teams through root-cause analysis on critical issues.
• Implement Zone Ownership Programme to enhance workplace organization.
• Represent site during regional assessments.
