Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, translating business requirements into actionable strategies.
  • Lead or support transformation and sourcing initiatives across categories such as consulting, HR, legal, contractors, insurance, and professional services.
  • Manage RFP / RFI processes, supplier evaluations, and financial analyses to inform strategic recommendations.
  • Negotiate and structure commercial agreements, ensuring alignment with client goals and compliance standards.
  • Contribute to category strategies and market insights, staying current on industry and regulatory trends.
  • Deliver client projects independently and in teams, ensuring high quality, timeliness, and measurable impact.
What We’re Looking For
  • 3–5 years of experience in management consulting, ideally with a Big 4 or other leading advisory firm.
  • Strong expertise in strategy, operations, or transformation; procurement or sourcing experience is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders and influence decisions at senior levels.
  • Excellent analytical and financial skills (Excel, PowerPoint, data interpretation).
  • Track record of delivering on complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
  • Degree-level education required; MBA or advanced qualifications are an advantage.
  • Professional fluency in English
