Overview

NMS Recruit are seeking a Senior Consultant with a strong background in the construction industry with solid financial / commercial experience. The role would be suitable for quantity surveyors or finance / accounting professionals within the construction industry who are looking to step into a new challenge working with a growing and personable financial software business. Job Purpose To help UK construction businesses deliver projects more smoothly and predictably—and help the team to grow while doing it. You will lead technology change that improves finance and support the digital transformation of construction, partnering with commercial, site and finance teams. As a team lead you will set the tone for delivery excellence: coaching junior consultants, shaping ways of working, and building a supportive, high-trust environment. Training provided on Sage Intacct Construction (no prior Intacct experience required).

Responsibilities

• Change Leadership & Stakeholder Management: Lead stakeholders through change-mapping current vs future processes, building buy-in, and guiding teams through adoption.
• Facilitate clear decision-making across commercial, finance, operations and site leadership.
