• Proven experience as a Project Manager within a consultancy or client-side environment.

• Commercial awareness and sound professional judgement.

Responsibilities

• Taking full responsibility for the successful delivery of construction projects.
• Acting as the main client interface – advising and guiding as needed.
• Managing consultants, contractors and stakeholders.
• Driving programmes, risk management, cost control and quality standards.
• Spotting issues early and resolving them pragmatically.
• Mentoring junior team members.
