Senior Construction Manager

Salary: £80,000 Plus Package
Location: East London
Region: London

A Senior Construction Manager is required to work for a highly respectable contractor in London.

This Main Contractor has a strong name in the construction industry for their impressive track record with a strong pipeline of work with one of the lowest staff turnovers in the industry, this contractor specialise in new build, refurbishment and fit out projects which are in multiple different sectors including high-end residential, education and leisure projects with values up to £50m

The project for this role is a £25m grade 2 listed building for a high end leisure complex scheme.

Ideal Candidate

• 5 years’ experience as a Construction Manager.
• You will be required to be degree qualified or to have a relevant construction qualification.
• Worked on major schemes including leisure, education and high end residential.
• You will need experience in managing subcontractors.
• A strong track record as a Construction Manager.
• Valid driving licence is desirable.
• CSCS card.
• Health and Safety certificate.
