Overview

Senior Construction Associate Greater London – £110,000 - £130,000. A leading national firm is looking to recruit a Senior Associate (6+ PQE) into its Legal 500 recommended non-contentious construction team in London.

The role offers exposure to high-value development, infrastructure, and regeneration projects across the UK, advising on everything from procurement strategy to building contracts (JCT/NEC), appointments, and process plant agreements.

You’ll be acting for developers, funds, public bodies, and household names, working alongside a team with deep private practice and in-house experience. The work spans major real estate and corporate acquisitions/disposals, project finance and complex engineering contracts, and digital construction and sustainable building practices.

This is a senior, client-facing position with real scope to take the lead on matters, mentor junior team members, and contribute to national growth.

Responsibilities
  • Advise on high-value development, infrastructure, and regeneration projects across the UK.
