• Experience working within a multidisciplinary team.
• Relevant experience in community care with expertise in mental health.
• Experience supervising or managing staff.

Responsibilities

• Co-ordinate care for patients with severe mental health diagnosis.
• Engage with a caseload of patients to provide treatment.
• Assess and manage risk, including use of Safeguarding processes.
