A large healthcare organization in Glasgow seeks a full-time Senior Health Care Support Worker. This role involves supporting clinical interventions and assisting in patient care, providing Phlebotomy services, and requires a clean driving license. The ideal candidate will work flexibly within the community to deliver effective patient care. Role is primarily Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week.

Band 3 Senior Health Care Support Worker / Assistant Renfrewshire HSCP. The post holder will work collaboratively under the remit of the Community Treatment & Care services (CTAC) and assist in skilled clinical interventions and the implementation and evaluation of programmes of care for patients and their carers. You will support the Community Treatment Room Nursing Staff / District Nurse or their deputy to deliver safe and effective patient care within a community/clinic setting, mainly without direct supervision. This service also provides a Phlebotomy service to residents of Renfrewshire within a clinic environment and in their homes, contributing to health improvement initiatives for individuals and families.
The shift pattern is 8.15 until 4.15pm, Monday to Friday.
The post holder will be required to work flexibly in terms of location geographically within the HSCP to support other areas of teams working within the local CTAC / District Nursing service.
Full time-permanent post 5 days a week (37 hours weekly).
