South London Partnership is seeking an experienced Communications and Engagement Lead to make a positive impact on recruitment and retention in the social care sector. This role involves engaging with underrepresented groups, raising the profile of social care careers, and supporting access to employment, training, and career opportunities in South West London.

As a Communications and Engagement Lead, you will develop and execute high-quality, measurable communication strategies, build relationships with partner agencies, and work on initiatives to improve the social care workforce.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage multi-channel communication and marketing campaigns, media engagement, and event planning to promote social care careers.
  • Identify opportunities and communicate key information through partner channels.
  • Engage with care providers, employers, workforce, and service users.
  • Build and strengthen networks across stakeholders.

South London Partnership (SLP) operates across Croydon, Kingston, Merton, Richmond, and Sutton, focusing on collaborative efforts to enhance influence, funding, and service delivery.
