QLM Search is partnering a specialist B2B and B2C ingredients / food group that is looking to appoint a Sales & Marketing Leader (number 1 Sales / Marketing position in the business unit) to support the divisions European MD. This a very broad position crossing both Sales and Marketing with more emphasis towards business development and is a key position supporting growth and development aligned to the businesses 3–5-year strategic vision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage new business development with targeted customers across the region
  • Report and utilise available tools for metrics, target customers, strategic customer plans and focussed geographical plans
  • Work with customers on associated promotional activities
  • Have a clear understanding of the customer and competitor landscape
  • Work closely with internal and external R&D teams for new products, launches and associated sales

Candidates must have proven experience in Business Development, Marketing (branding experience is aligned) as well as a strong understanding of Data and analytical tools. You could come from a B2B Ingredients, Food, FMCG / CPG background incorporating Business Development, Marketing (or branding).
