We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Commercial Manager to join our dynamic team. This multifaceted role combines procurement, sales management, and operational support, with a primary focus on essential oils. It offers the opportunity to contribute to both strategic growth and day-to-day operations within a growing and agile environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead procurement of a range of materials from ingredient suppliers in the USA, China, and India.
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure supply chain reliability.
  • Maintain compliance with quality, regulatory, and sustainability standards.
  • Manage key customer accounts, maintaining strong relationships and overseeing order fulfilment.
  • Develop new business opportunities to support revenue growth.
  • Track account performance and nurture long‑term partnerships.
  • Coordinate daily order processing and internal communication to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Support product formulation, troubleshoot production issues, and contribute to innovation initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with production, quality control, finance, and other internal teams.
  • Monitor global market trends to inform purchasing and sales strategies.
About You
  • Strong background in commodity trading, including international sourcing and negotiation.
  • Experience in sales, purchasing, and/or trading within the food, food ingredients, flavour, fragrance, essential oils or allied sectors.
  • 5-7 years in a commercial or trading role with proven success in sales account management and business development.
  • Proactive, analytical, and comfortable working in a dynamic, hands‑on environment.
