Senior Commercial Manager - Central Government

Summer-Browning Associates is currently supporting a client within Central Government who is seeking a Senior Commercial Manager for an initial 6-month assignment, with the possibility of extension.

Location: London | Hybrid Working

Requirements

• Active SC clearance
• Solid background in Commercial Management
• Experience in end-to-end sourcing/procurement within the public sector
• Knowledge of the Procurement Act 2023 and related regulations
• Experience in delivering complex overseas Facilities Management (FM) procurement's and conducting contract negotiations
• Proven experience managing end-to-end commercial/procurement processes, from strategy development to contract award, specifically within the Defence or Central Government sectors
• Experience with e-procurement tools such as Jaggaer
• Professional certifications in CIPS, IACCM, or similar commercial/procurement qualifications
