We're looking for a skilled and motivated Senior Commercial Manager to join our events sales team in Wimbledon. You'll be responsible for selling exhibition space and sponsorship packages across a portfolio of well-established B2B events.
In this role, you'll work closely with colleagues across sales, marketing, and leadership to support the continued commercial growth of our events, while building long-term client relationships and maintaining high standards of service throughout the event cycle.
Sell exhibition stand space and sponsorship to new and existing clients
Meet agreed performance targets and maintain consistent outreach (60 telephone calls / 90 minutes daily talk time)
Secure a minimum of £30,000 in monthly sales
Arrange and attend meetings to understand client objectives and provide tailored solutions
Prepare clear, value-led proposals to support client decision-making
Maintain strong relationships throughout the sales and delivery cycle
Keep CRM records up to date and ensure data is accurately maintained
Support sales and marketing campaigns with insight and client feedback
Contribute ideas for new commercial opportunities and show features
At least 2 years of B2B sales experience in exhibitions or events
A clear and confident communicator, both over the telephone and in meetings
Comfortable working to targets and structured activity goals
Good organisational skills and attention to detail
A collaborative mindset with a willingness to share ideas
Experience using CRM systems or similar tools
£36,000 base salary + uncapped commission
