A leading construction firm based in Cambridge is seeking a Senior Commercial Manager to oversee a significant defence project valued between £25 million and £300 million. The role involves managing the commercial function, project finances, and ensuring compliance with contracts throughout the tender, design, and construction process. Candidates should have extensive experience in similar roles, excellent relationship management skills, and ideally hold MRICS qualification. We are looking for a Senior Commercial Manager to join our Building team in Cambridgeshire. The successful candidate will lead the Commercial Management of a major (£25 million - £300 million) defence project during the Tender, Design and Construction Process. This will include managing the commercial function, project finances, and contractual obligations internally and externally.
This role requires a minimum level of security clearance and may also require a higher level of National Security Vetting. You should be aware that certain levels of clearance or specific projects and/or sites have UK residency requirements; and any dual or multiple nationalities must be declared. Any persons who do not fulfil these residency requirements may be unable to obtain the required level of clearance and would not be eligible to undertake this role.
