A leading energy company is seeking a Senior Commercial and Contract Manager for the NSL Interconnector. You will shape the commercial strategy, manage contracts, and lead a team of analysts. We are currently recruiting for a Senior Commercial and Contract Manager to support our NSL (North Sea Link) site near Newcastle. In this role, you will shape the commercial contracting strategy for the NSL interconnector and advise teams on contract management best practice. You will support the development of our contract management maturity and may work on inter-team and business improvement projects. This role has direct line management of a Senior Contract Support Analyst and broader leadership responsibilities for the Contract Management Team. Location can be Warwick or on site near Newcastle. The role is hybrid, with time split between site and home. Travel to site is required and a full UK driving licence is required.

A competitive salary between £65,000 - £75,000 per annum dependent on capability. Bonus based on personal and company performance.
