The department at The Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust is run by 5 Consultant Maxillofacial Surgeons and 3 Consultant Orthodontists.
This post is based at Chase Farm and Barnet Hospitals with satellite clinics at the Royal Free and Edgware Community Hospitals. Adult elective surgery is centralised to a dedicated theatre at Chase Farm, with paediatric surgery at Barnet Hospital. The on‑call and emergency service is based at Barnet Hospital, operating on a compliant 48‑hour full‑shift rota with middle‑tier and weekend non‑resident cover.
