A major health institution in Cardiff is seeking a medical professional to deliver emergency services. The role involves patient care, management of the department, and supervision of junior staff. Candidates will participate in a rota for coverage of the Emergency Unit. This position offers a chance to work within a large, ambitious health organization committed to improving health services and outcomes for a diverse population.
You will provide a service in the specialty to the hospitals so designated, with responsibility for the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of accidents and acute emergencies.
You will have responsibility for the care of patients in your charge and for the proper functioning of the department in line with the Department's Operational Policy.
You will be responsible for the professional supervision and management of junior medical staff.
