A leading insurance company in London is looking for a Senior Claims Adjuster. The role involves managing complex North American property claims, ensuring compliance with policies, and providing excellent customer service. Candidates must have strong communication skills and an understanding of regulatory requirements. We have a new Senior Claims Adjuster role available to work within the London Chubb Global Markets Property Claims team ensuring accurate assessment and proactive management of claims from the beginning to the end of their lifecycle. This should be carried out in accordance with the conditions of the cover, CHUBB Policy and Procedures and agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for internal and external customers.
You will be required to Independently handle a varied portfolio ofNorth American property claims written under Open Market and Binding Authorities,within agreed pre-agreed authority limits.
We are looking for a team player,providing such support as required by other members of the team and fully participates in individual and shared project work.
