Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in estimating or a similar role.
• Strong commercial and analytical skills.
• Practical knowledge of measurement standards (SMM7, CESMM, Highway MOM, NRM).

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and production of competitive tenders.
• Analyse tender documentation, including drawings and specifications.
• Produce accurate take-offs and Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
• Identify risks and opportunities.
• Liaise with commercial and procurement teams.
