Qualifications

• A degree in a relevant discipline such as Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• IEng/CEng ICE chartership status or a desire to obtain chartership.
• Civil engineering design experience for a housebuilder, consultant or Local Authority.
• Previous supervisory experience.
• Excellent IT skills including CAD, PDS, FLOW or similar.

Responsibilities

• Prepare designs for the entire development lifecycle.
• Supervise the technical team and manage project programmes.
• Review technical site data with the Technical Manager.
• Agreeing scope of works and costs with Technical Manager.
• Provide engineering advice for planning applications.
• Prepare detailed engineering designs and instructions.
