As a Senior Children’s Support Worker, you’ll be at the heart of our care, providing consistent, trauma-informed support to a child in a solo placement. You’ll lead by example, helping to create a home where they feel safe, valued, and empowered to thrive. From daily routines to emotional support, your role will be vital in shaping positive outcomes and building trust.
