A children's care provider in Manchester seeks a Senior Children’s Residential Support Worker to lead a team supporting young people with emotional and behavioral difficulties. The role requires at least 2 years of experience in residential care, a Level 3 qualification, and a full UK driving license. We have a fantastic opportunity to join our dynamic and experienced team as a Senior Children’s Residential Support Worker and guide and support our team daily to ensure the smooth running of the home.
Our warm and welcoming therapeutic home based in Blackley, Greater Manchester is equipped to support up to 2 young people aged 7-18 with emotional behavioural difficulties and autism, providing a perfect environment to thrive and grow as they progress into adulthood. Here we create lasting memories filled with fun and laughter.
Shifts are rota based and include early, late and sleep shifts (up to 10 per month). Rotas are issued at least 4 weeks in advance to give you a perfect work/life balance and plenty of time off between shifts to feel refreshed and energised.
Starting salary of £15.50 per hour plus sleep bonus. We offer a generous holiday allowance, regular pay reviews, company pension, free meals on shift and lots more.
