A renowned dining establishment in Padstow seeks an experienced Senior Chef de Partie to join their friendly kitchen team. Rick and Jill Stein started our family‑run business back in 1975, and today we employ over 600 happy staff. The business has grown from the first flagship Seafood Restaurant in Padstow to 10 restaurants across the south of England, plus hotel rooms, cookery school, shops and an online shop. Rick and Jill are still heavily involved in the business, as are their three sons Ed, Jack and Charlie.

St Petroc’s Bistro was the second of Rick Stein and Jill Stein’s restaurants opened in 1988. Our Bistro has grown over the years specialising in bistro food from Britain, France, Spain and Italy. In 2016 Ruby’s Bar was opened next door to St Petroc’s Bistro, our front of house team enjoy looking after guests at both St Petroc’s Bistro and Ruby’s Bar.
