Main duties and responsibilities

• Assist the Executive Sous Chef and Sous Chef in being responsible for the management of all pastry and Bakery production to clients within the Hotel.
• Assist the Executive Sous Chef and Sous Chef in the ordering of food purchases and stock controls, ensuring that stock levels are in line with Company requirements.
• Instructing briefing and supervising Chef de Partie and their brigade in their daily tasks, assist them in their preparation of food.
• Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and that the cleanliness of lockers, showers, toilets and changing rooms are maintained to the required standard of the Hotel.
• Contribute in maintaining an excellent level of service in conjunction with the minimum requirement of the LQA standards at all times.
