Overview

Join a growing Health & Safety team as part of a wider construction group working as Principal Designer and CDM Advisor on a range of projects in the North East. This is a remote based role joining an established team offering good training and development opportunities. This is a consultancy role, but one where work life balance is valued, you will be working on a small volume of projects for a great business that puts team culture first.

Responsibilities

• Deliver complex PD services on prestigious projects as part of the Principal Designer and CDM Advisor role
• Operate as part of a team expansion within a major construction and property consultancy
• Support project teams with CDM compliance and CDM Advisor duties across a range of projects in the North East

Qualifications

• Experience working as a CDM Advisor is essential
• NEBOSH Construction certification and any design or construction experience/qualifications would be beneficial

Remuneration & Location

• Salary up to 55k + car allowance; all travel from home paid
• Potential to go up to 60k for candidates with broader business development experience
• Remote-based role with an office in Newcastle; projects in the North East
