Senior CDM Advisor

Location: London office close to Liverpool Street (80% of projects within the M25)

Salary: Up to £55,000 (dependent on experience) + excellent benefits package

Carriera is excited to partner with an independent construction consultancy with 4 offices across the UK. The business boasts a headcount of over 300 professionals offering project management, cost management, and H&S / CDM services to a variety of clients across the built environment.

Our client operates across the super prime residential, housing, commercial, education, office, and hotel sectors with projects up to the value of £300m+. They are recruiting for an ambitious Senior CDM Advisor to join a team of 3 other CDM professionals offering a variety of H&S / CDM services. The role would suit an experienced CDM professional who has been working within a consultancy setting for several years and would like to take the next step in their career and join a business working with high profile clients such as Qatari Diar, Caudwell, housing developers, architect practices and many more.
