Responsibilities

• Support and work alongside the Care team to deliver high standards of personal care.
• Monitor the wellbeing of each resident and update care plans.
• Support residents with their medication requirements.
• Undertake staff supervisions and support staff development.
• Act as a key contact for residents, their relatives, and health professionals.
